Terms & Conditions

  • Please note tickets and hotel vouchers will not be dispatched until full payment is received.
  • Service/staff passes are not available from LSA for track entrance, Paddock Club or the Paddock.
  • Lost race tickets (grandstand and Paddock Club and car park passes) cannot be refunded or replaced.
  • Accommodation is pre-paid on the basis stated on confirmation and all extras must be paid for on departure and are the liability of the host/guest. Any damage, breakage or similar will be charged to your account.
  • The conditions and the booking form comprise the contract between you and LSA. When you sign the booking form you are agreeing to the conditions. These terms and conditions take precedence over any others including all supplier conditions.

Payment Terms

Upon receipt of an order, an invoice will be raised and payment terms are as per invoice.  If payment by return is requested, then we expect you to adhere to this. If payment is not made within 14 days of the date of the invoice issued by LSA, then we reserve the right to charge interest at an annual rate of 3% above base rate of HSBC from time to time, such interest to be calculated on a day to day basis on the balance outstanding from the due date for payment until payment is received in full by LSA. Any queries arising from an invoice must be notified to LSA upon receipt of invoice. Bookings made less than 2 weeks prior to the event must be paid for in full by bank transfer or debit card. Please note we no longer accept credit cards for payment.

In the event of a fluctuation in the rate of exchange or taxes charged, LSA reserves the right to advise clients and amend the quoted rate.

Any additional expenses or fees including late check-in/check-out, unpaid extras, damages, additional nights/tickets not quoted in the original proposal but subsequently incurred by LSA will be invoiced separately after the event and be subject to a 5% handling fee.

All bank charges to be met by the client and in the event that payment arrives less bank charges, a further invoice will be raised.

For race tickets, charges will be made for administration and postage / delivery.

Cancellation Fees

All hospitality, race tickets, hotels and services once confirmed are subject to 100% cancellation charges.  However, In the event of client cancellation (which must be received in writing), every attempt will be made to resell accommodation and race tickets at a discretionary fee up to 10% of the value of the invoice.  A credit note will be issued only in the event of resale and after the event.

Should an event be cancelled in exceptional circumstances, LSA will refund clients in accordance with the hotel’s conditions.

We recommend that all passengers traveling to a race overseas take out Travel Insurance.  This can be purchased from most travel agents.

LSA accepts responsibility for arranging with due diligence and attention bookings with third parties on behalf of the applicants.  We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising out of acts or omissions of carriers, hotels, restaurants and other third parties over which we have no direct control.  The client agrees that LSA contracts such parties on their behalf.  

Our liability to you is limited to the total value of the order as set out in this confirmation/invoice.

Please note that our mark up includes a fee for research, supplier liaison from commencement to completion to include all relevant local taxes and VAT under the Tour Operators Margin Scheme (TOMS).

Leisure & Sport Accommodation Ltd will not distribute or otherwise misuse your information. This policy covers ANY information you provide to include your name and your email address. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
